While you’re there, be sure to try some of the creatively inspired dishes that take familiar ingredients to new heights such as the Quinotto, which is creamy quinoa with mixed mushrooms seasoned with truffle oil, Pumpkin Ravioli; homemade pasta in a creamy smoked cheese sauce with pine nuts and a touch of cinnamon, Beet Gnocchi with creamy goat cheese, and Tequenos; flaky dough with ooey gooey cheese served with a guava sauce for dipping, just to name a few.
