About Nōmé
A celebration of Nikkei kosher cuisine. Nestled at 127 4th Avenue, Nomé promises to excite diners with a bold menu of Japanese and Peruvian flavors.
Led by Chef Santiago Chiuz, renowned for his contribution to Miami's culinary scene, each dish at Nomé is a testament to his culinary excellence and innovation.
Chef Chiuz’ menu starts with signature selections like Beef Bao Buns made with marinated beef and in-house hand-crafted buns; Tuna Crudo with tigers’ milk, avocado mouse, and passion fruit pearls; Bang Bang Chicken served with spicy mayo, and Smoked Bourbon “Baby Back” Ribs with bourbon glaze - capturing the flavors from the 3 unique regions.
Entrees are equally diverse; Grilled Butterfly Branzino, Healthy Yakijake Steelhead Trout Filet cooked over charcoal, and a vast selection of prime, grass-fed, hormone/antibiotic-free, beef. Additional highlights include Chef’s award-winning Le Cabernet Prime Burger, a blend sourced from 2 countries and 4 different parts of the animal, and carefully developed over 9 months of research. Nomé is also offering a Jurassic Hawk - a 50oz cut of prime beef, and a Private Collection Cut of Ribeye Cap, available on a first-come first-serve basis. Nomé is also featuring sushi, made fresh daily by sushi master, Hiroji Sawatari.
The food is matched by the newly renovated restaurant space - step into Nomé and you are met with a feeling of tranquility, melodic tunes and hand-drawn murals celebrating Japanese and Peruvian cultures. No detail was left unattended, the serving dishes are hand-crafted plates from a village in Colombia adding a touch of artisanal flair to the dining experience that exports you out of NYC. This beautifully executed menu and restaurant is certified Kosher and dairy free. The list of artisan cocktails features fresh earthy ingredients and a mix of alcohol, and alcohol-free drinks infused with Latin American and Asian flavors.
