About Noi Due Cafe

Noi Due means “the two of us” in Italian, and the name could not be more apropos. The restaurant was opened by the husband and wife team of Israeli restauranteur Golan Chetrit, and his Italian American wife Imma, when they set out to wow the world with a cuisine symbolic of their union. Serving the classic Italian staples of Imma’s childhood such as pizze, insalate, and antipasti with Golan’s signature Mediterranean flair, Noi Due has cemented itself as an Upper West Side staple for the last ten years. Helmed by Beau Houck, the former Executive Chef at Fresco by Scotto, this intimate café brings novel and contemporary red sauce fare to vegetarian and kosher diners alike.

Chef Houck has built his career around creating authentic dishes that rely on fresh, quality ingredients, and with Noi Due’s menu his experience definitely shows. His mastery shines through in fan-favorite Mediterranean-Italian fusion dishes like the ricotta and spinach cigars, or the café’s signature pizzas, cooked in a brick over and “topped with palpably fresh ingredients, on a crunchy yet chewy crust,” as one Time Out New York review raved.

For those not looking to dine in, Noi Due also offers delivery anywhere from 34th to 100th Streets, and specializes in office, school, and shul catering, under the OK’s kosher supervision. But to order out means missing the cozy ambience and intimate vibes provided by the house bar, offering a range of wines to suit any palate. So order yourself an authentic Italian espresso and be transported to the Old World without ever having to leave the Upper West Side.
