About Liam’s Butcher
Opened in August of 2023 in partnership with the Hollywood steakhouse of the same name, Liam’s Butcher Shop is now your glatt kosher meat market in Hallandale Beach, Florida. With over 15 years of kosher butchery experience, and offering the finest marinated Turkish and Uzbek meats, sourced exclusively from New York, as well as the finest available cuts of beef, lamb, and poultry.
Liam’s ensures that you get only the best. Whether you are craving a choice Delmonico or Denver steak, cooking up some Spare or English Short Ribs, looking for lamb cubes for kebabs, or seeking a whole chicken for Shabbat, Liam’s has you covered.
They offer a variety of roasts, from Osso Bucco to Brisket to Prime Rib, plus Pastrami, Ground Beef and Chicken, and even specialty items like Beef Marrow, Shin Meat, Cheek, and Tongue. Every cut in this clean and spacious butcher shop is guaranteed to be of the highest kosher quality, domestically sourced, and oh so satisfying.
