About KC Market: Hollywood

A kosher lovers paradise in the middle of paradise. 

Started in 2009, KC Market, formerly known as Kosher Central, came about as a result in increased demand for affordable kosher food in South Florida’s Broward county (which contains Hollywood). They recently renovated, and now there is a complete tri-state area size kosher supermarket available in the sunshine state.

KC Market is full service for all of your kosher needs. They have your basic everyday essentials like milk, bread, and produce, along with frozen goods, as well as wine and beer (who doesn’t enjoy a good ice cold beer in the South Florida heat). Their in-house bakery has fresh bread including challah, and high end gourmet pastries. 

What really makes KC Market special though is their catering section. For weekday or shabbat needs, KC has you covered. They have an extensive selection of prepared meat goods such as Memphis BBQ Ribs, Swedish Meatballs, BBQ Grilled Chicken Cutlets,and deli. They also have a nice dairy and pareve selection which includes pastas, grilled vegetables, and fish. KC Market also contains a fully-stocked sushi department courtesy of Roll Masters, and has a nice selection of sushi rolls such as spicy tuna and California available for take away. 

KC is partnering with other Florida businesses and have made it more like a food hall. Places like:

Bunch O Bagels has been bringing the New York bagel to Hollywood for the last six months. Grab a breakfast sandwich or eggs in the morning.

Sid's BBQ which has only been in KC Market for a few weeks now! One of the only supermarkets to sell smoked meat sandwiches at a great price.

Fancy Plants which has become a staple in most South Florida kosher supermarkets. Offering premade salads, dressings, gluten free challah and soups. Available on Curbngo.

Kosher Fish Market offerings preseasoned fish for you to catch and cook at home. Has a large selection of fish not just your typical salmon and tuna, but also more exotic options.
