About Fuego BBQ & Smokehouse
South Florida keeps on sizzling with the opening of Fuego BBQ in early 2014. The restaurant brings a Latin Grill with a Texas smokehouse twist to Aventura. The decor and ambiance makes you feel at home with warm brown tones and wood tables and chairs.
Owners, Avi Bitton and Mark Aquinin who has been barbecuing all their lives, welcomes you to their new “home”, recommending out-of-this-world Chicken Wings with three choices of sauces as well as the BBQ Short Ribs. Their housemade barbecue sauces give all the dishes a distinctive taste you can’t get anywhere else. Served with French Fries which is made from scratch daily, and with the skin kept on, you get large sandwiches and burgers. Highly recommended is the BBQ Pulled Brisket Sandwich, which is a 6-hour-smoked brisket topped with house-made BBQ sauce and pickled onions on a ciabatta bread. Add more flavor to your dinner and go for the Fuego Burger served with caramelized onions, oven bake tomato, sunny-side-up eggs and crispy pastrami. For the ultimate Fuego experience, the Fuego BBQ Back Ribs are a rack of five smoked and cooked for six hours served with their signature BBQ sauce. For those looking for something a little healthier, enjoy the Fuego Latino Salad (8 oz. grilled chicken breast served on a bed of shredded lettuce, roasted corn, black beans, Pico de Galla, Guasacaca topped with Cilantro House Vinaigrette). They also have parve, gluten-free desserts, made fresh everyday in house, with reviewers raving about the Praline Chocolate Mousse Cake; which is rich, creamy, and not to be missed!
While Fuego is fun for the kids with their special kids menu, it’s also perfect for a guy’s night out, with cold beer and sports playing on the TV.
