About Fish Grill: Brooklyn
Fish Grill Finally Brings Fresh, Fast, and Sustainable Fish to Brooklyn.
Already a beloved institution in Los Angeles for over a decade and in Lakewood for almost five years, your favorite neighborhood fish restaurant Fish Grill has now opened its newest outpost in Brooklyn! Just like its sister locations, the Brooklyn (Midwood/Flatbush) location of Fish Grill, opened in February of 2024, offers a fully sustainably sourced menu of the most delicious, fresh-caught fish, served “boatside to tableside” in a fun, friendly, casual atmosphere.
As should come as no surprise, Fish Grill is serious about, well, grilled fish, and they take care to ensure that everything they serve is not only the highest-quality and most flavorful fish available, but also that it is responsibly sourced. Each variety of fish on the menu is either wild-caught or sourced from sustainable, environmentally friendly farms, with the menu itself clearly indicating which is which. From Sea Bass to Tilapia and everything in between, all of the available varieties of fish, plus a wild-caught “Catch of the Day,” are available as a mesquite-grilled entree, served with your choice of two classic sides, including coleslaw, rice pilaf, baked potato, and fries.
Of course, Fish Grill does a lot more with its supply of fresh fish than just grill it. The wild-caught North Atlantic Pollock can be made into grilled or fried Fish Tacos, a grilled or fried Fish Sandwich, or the ever-popular and perfectly crispy Fish & Chips. The farmed Salmon can also be made into tacos or a sandwich, but it can also be put into a Wrap or on a Salad or used as the base for a delicious and healthy Asian-style Poke Bowl, loaded up with your personalized choices of rice, toppings, and sauces; the Salmon also makes an appearance in the Fish Grill Salmon Pasta. The wild-caught Ahi Tuna is another sandwich, salad, or poke bowl option, and the farmed Trout is available deep-fried, Southern Style, served with fries and slaw.
Traditional tuna salad and smoked salmon are also available, as are several entirely fish-less dishes, including a Veggie Wrap, Greek Salad, and four classic Pastas. To bulk up your meal or as a stand-alone snack, all of the side dishes, as well as a Manhattan-style chowder, Chips with Salsa or Guacamole, Red Herring, and even a single fish taco or piece of fried fish are also available a la carte. No matter what you order, you will receive the perfectly delicious food and the friendly, courteous, and attentive service that all the Fish Grill locations are famous for, in a clean, cozy, and comfortable space right in the heart of Brooklyn.
