About Fireside
Fireside, named for the warm fire that greets you just before entering, is a postmodern American steakhouse, hinting at familiar foods while engaging a modernist flirtation that keeps the menu both approachable and sophisticated, transitioning with seasonal and inter-seasonal changes.
Started by founding chef Alexander Remer and passing the baton to Executive Chef Michel Abramson a few years ago, the restaurant is as good as ever.
Menu items include all in house made aged crusted ribeye, meat pizzas, pulled brisket nachos, slow-braised short ribs. as well as Cocktails, beer and wine. Check out their mouthwatering desserts like their creme brulee or chocolate marshmallow lava cake. They are rich and satisfying, uniquely retro in portion, and flare.
Some suggested items to try us the Pan Seared Duck Tenders, it’s Duck Tenders with a rosè plum glaze in a beet reduction- complemented with candied lime zest, dehydrated oranges, and a carrot purée. Or go for the Sweet potato gnocchi, includes Braised short rib, spinach, onions, mushroom, blood orange jus', and organic sweet potato gnocchi. Maybe A delicious cornish hen with an apricot glaze is your fancy, It’s sitting on a bed of broccoli parsnip mash and shoestring potatoes- all complemented with a vibrant mango puree.
And don’t miss dessert go for the Chocolate Peanut Butter Marshmallow Lava Cake, it’s Ooey gooey chocolate lava cake topped with peanut butter, toasted marshmallow, and salted maple ice cream.
There is a lot of buzz in the Fireside kitchen as the creative team continues to master the restaurant's favorites.
