About Burnt Smokehouse and Bar
Since the moment it opened in August of 2021, Burnt Smokehouse & Bar in Boca has been “on fire”. This popular spot succeeds by keeping it simple. Pit masters Shmully Sabol (formerly of Brooklyn Babylon) and Seth Warshaw (formerly of Steakhouse Teaneck and Rustic Elegance) offer artfully smoked meats in a relaxed yet elegant setting, while the full bar serves cold beer and craft cocktails to enhance the experience — this is a perfect place to unwind.
Start your meal with any of over a dozen small-plate-style appetizers; the Smoked Wings, Nashville Hot Chicken Bites, and Burnt Ends are traditional bar favorites, and, for something a bit more adventurous, you have to try the Tongue Crisps with wontons, onion jam, black garlic, chipotle, and arugula.
For the main course, choose from “smoked and sliced” items like mouthwatering Brisket, Pastrami, or Prime Rib; “on the bone” choices like perfectly seasoned Southern Fried Chicken or Baby Back Ribs; or “non-smoked” entrees like the 12oz Ribeye or Chicken Fried Steak; then select from more than a dozen Southern-style sides like Gravy Mashed Potatoes, Cole Slaw, BBQ Beans, Corn Bread, and Collard Greens.
Burnt is open for dinner and drinks from 5:00 to 10:00 p.m. Sunday through Thursday. They are ready to show you how they are “smoking” the competition by taking it back to basics.
