About Bagel Time Cafe
If It’s Time for Delicious Dairy in Miami Beach, Then It’s Time for Bagel Time Cafe! In business for over a decade so far and still going strong, Miami’s Bagel Time Cafe has long been a favorite milchig destination for breakfast, lunch, and—since the end of 2020—dinner. “Healthy, Fresh, Delicious” is the motto here, and, for almost 75 hours each week, that is exactly what this institution delivers. Whether you’re up early for a morning minyan, spending an afternoon at the Talmudic University across the street, or looking for a late-night pizza on a Saturday night, it is always a great “time” for Bagel Time Cafe; they’ve got you covered with a wide variety of crowd-pleasing options. As you’d expect at a restaurant named after everyone’s favorite breakfast bread, the breakfast options at Bagel Time Cafe are extensive. Of course they’ve got your classic Egg on a Bagel here, but there is so much more to savor. From the deliciously spicy Shakshuka to the traditional Smoked Salmon & Sautéed Onion Omelet, from the brimming-with-big-flavors Breakfast Burrito to the fluffiest Buttermilk Pancakes, you really can’t go wrong. Later in the day, the focus shifts from breakfast food to salads, sandwiches, pizzas, and pastas. But before you get into any of those, you’re definitely going to want to check out the Appetizers section of the menu; this veritable homage to fromage features not only Mozzarella Sticks, but also Mac & Cheese Balls, Cheese Cigars, Cheese Quesadillas, Cheese Pretzels, and even Cheese Blintzes. The Salads are diverse, ranging from straightforward options like Israeli and Caesar to more adventurous choices like the Sweet Potato Crunch, which combines mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, red onion, green pepper, sweet potato crunch, and feta, served with a delightful lemony dressing. The Paninis and Sandwiches are truly a greatest hits list: there’s the Jerusalem Panini with hard-boiled egg and mozzarella, classics like Tuna or Egg Salad, a Crispy Fish Sandwich with tartar sauce, a Falafel and hummus pita, a homestyle challah Grilled Cheese, and even a vegetarian Impossible Burger on a pretzel bun. Pizzas come in 10” and 16” sizes, can be customized with toppings of your choice, and are even available with vegan cheese and/or a gluten-free crust. Five Pasta options, a beautiful Eggplant Parmesan, two presentations of Salmon, and a crispy breaded Fish & Chips round out the impressive assortment of entrees. For many, “bagel time” is synonymous with “coffee time”, and Bagel Time Cafe has plenty of hot and iced coffee and espresso drinks to choose from; many can even be made non-dairy and/or sugar-free upon request. There are also Israeli juice drinks, milk- or water-based fresh fruit smoothies, and even milkshakes on offer as well. If you haven’t experienced this gem in Miami Beach yet, there’s no “time” like the present, so get yourself over there! Bagel Time Cafe is open Sunday through Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., and Motzei Shabbat from 7:30 to 11:00 p.m.
