About Jerusalem Chef’s Table

Formerly known as Jerusalem Grill, the Jerusalem Chef's Table is a foundation of kosher dining in Sin City!

Owned by the soft-spoken, wise beyond his years, ליאור פאכר , the restaurant has been through everything in its years on the Vegas strip - the celebrities, the shows, the conventions, the peaks, and valleys. In such a lights-filled, high-stress world, foodies need to band together: the restauranteurs are creative and supportive of the community, and approach their needs with innovation. Jerusalem Chef's Table is actually halal as well as kosher, in order to satisfy both local Abrahamic communities.

The sleek modern decor of the restaurant contrasts nicely to the old-school Middle Eastern fare, which presents beautifully on the plate. Choose from tapas like Jerusalem Hummus, Argentinian Filet, Open-Fire Babaganush, and Fasolia Beef Soup.

For the complete Jerusalem experience, feast on the Chef's Grilled Platter for two - 1 ribeye skewer, 2 Persian kabob skewers, 2 Lebanese chicken skewers, 1 fusion vegetable skewer, an Argentinean chimichurri. These skewers are also available individually, along with other meaty entrees. Fish fans might be interested in the Salmon Casablanca. Jerusalem Chef's Table is also vegetarian-friendly, with dishes like Greek Vegan Moussaka - a vegetable antipasti with parev provolone cheese.
