About Asiatiko
Opened in October of 2021, Asiatiko Robata Bar is a stunning feast for all your senses, featuring Japanese robata and sushi dishes, pan-Asian salads and appetizers, and a knock-your-socks-off cocktail menu that takes you on a tour across the Asian continent. Robata, short for “robatayaki”, refers to a traditional Japanese barbecue-style cooking method in which items are cooked at varying speeds over hot charcoal.
Start off with a Thai Salad with ginger lemongrass dressing, Toro (tuna belly) Tartar with quail egg, Brussels Sprouts with soy glaze and yuzu, or Wagyu Sliders with truffle yuzu ranch and crispy potato. Then dive into the robata menu, which features, among other favorites, Miso Japanese Eggplant, Chicken Yakitori, Korean BBQ Cashew Ribs, and Smoked Wagyu Brisket.
There’s even the Asiatiko Burger, an inspired creation of prime ground beef, bok choy, truffle black garlic mayo, crispy wonton, and shishito pepper.
There are of course fish dishes, like the Grilled Branzino with shiso chimichurri or the Matsu Style Miso Sea Bass, as well as the legendary Peking Duck, served with sesame crepes.
The sushi bar offers classics like Spicy Tuna, California, or Hamachi rolls; more adventurous creations like the Truffle Sake Roll with torched truffle salmon or the Curry Maguro (bluefin) with tahini and curry sauce; several vegetarian options including the Seared Avocado roll with yuzu ponzu; and an excellent selection of sashimi and nigiri.
The cocktails at Asiatiko are inspired by the entire continent of Asia: savor the flavors of Sri Lanka with the Precious Isle, combining Drambuie, chamomile, lime, JW Black Label, and Ceylon tea, or take a trip to Malaysia with the Petronas Towers, a delicious mix of mango, curry, lime, lychee, rose, and Japanese rum.
Everything at Asiatiko is not only big on flavor, but also served in a stunning visual presentation that will have you oohing and ahhing before you even take the first bite — don’t forget your camera!
