 Modern coffee shops are known for their paninis and the Coffee Bar puts a local variation on this favorite with their Five Towns panini made with mozzarella cheese, muenster cheese, feta cheese, tomatoes, guacamole, and a pesto mayo. In addition to a variety of sandwiches and paninis, entrees include many choices of three-egg omelets served with a salad or French fries. The Coffee Bar offers a wide variety of pasta with fresh ingredients, such as cheese tortellini, gnocchi, penne with homemade pesto, and ravioli.
