About Thyme & Tonic
Upper West Side, have we got the gastropub for you! With its bright, rustic air and inventive plant-based food, Thyme & Tonic is like a breath of fresh meadow air in the middle of NYC.
Fresh produce and vegetables are the stars of the dishes: you enter the doors knowing that you’re going to have a clean-eating, satisfying, and refreshing dining experience. Modern brunch and dinner menus - and again, all of this is gluten-free, and predominantly vegan - reconstruct some classic meaty-favorites and craft new dishes unique to Thyme & Tonic.
The brunch menu features sweet breakfast staples like pancakes and granola, and larger lunch items like sandwiches and egg-and-bowls - which can be made with non vegan organic eggs or "just eggs." The dinner menu features burgers, bowls, pasta, and more - and really showcases the many ways one can use Impossible Meat and chicken fried tofu. The Impossible Bolognese, Impossible Tacos, and the Fried Chicken Sandwich have very different flavor profiles and make for entrees that even a devout meat-eater will gladly dig into! Finish your meal with Tiramisu or Apricot Cheesecake.
But of course, Thyme & Tonic is a gastropub, and we can’t give you a solid review without talking about their cocktail menu! Along with a selection of wines, Thyme & Tonic boasts cocktails and elixirs that are ‘garden to glass,’ and the freshness of all the ingredients really makes a difference! The titular Thyme & Tonic cocktail is made with thyme-infused Ruku gin, lemon-grapefruit juice, and cherry blossom tonic - but that is far from where it ends, with these vibrantly colorful botanical-based cocktails.
Make the ‘thyme’ to visit - you won’t regret it!
