About Butcher Grill House
Since January of 2023, experienced kosher Chef Ben Davidov has been creating inspired, farm-to-table cuisine at Brooklyn’s Butcher Grill House in Crown Heights.
With a simple and straightforward menu highlighting fresh seasonal ingredients sourced from local farmers’ markets, Butcher Grill House focuses on getting the best flavors of the season out of each cut, from a 12oz Grilled Skirt Steak to a 24-day-aged, 30oz Prime Rib Cowboy.
Start with some Finger Licking Chicken Wings, Mexican Corn Ribs, or a unique favorite: the Garlic Guac Beef Bomb. Or share either of the scrumptious flatbreads, with your choice of pulled beef or smoked pastrami. Nothing goes better with an expertly grilled steak than a fresh salad, and the salads here show the same attention to seasonal quality. Can’t decide which salad to order? Then get the Assorted Salad Platter to try all of them!
Butcher Grill House is open for dinner from 5:00 to 10:30 p.m. Sunday through Thursday, and Motzei Shabbat until 11:45 p.m. Come see why this restaurant is a "cut" above the rest.
