STARTERS
Crispy Mushrooms – Mushrooms coated in crispy breadcrumbs & sesame seeds Adrizzled with sweet chili pesto mayo.
Mexican Corn Ribs – Corn on the cob divided into 8 pieces, fried and seasoned with a mixture of aromatic spices & garlic aioli.
Garlic Guac Beef Bomb – A flaky and delicious croissant filled with slow-cooked pulled beef, zesty chimichurri, fresh arugula, roasted garlic, guacamole, and a touch of sweet honey.
ON DOUGH
Sliders – Premium Ground beef with pastrami chunks, arugula, tomatoes, sweet pickled red onion, honey chipotle mayo.
Butcher Pulled Beef Flatbread – Honey mustard, truffle oil, pulled brisket, pickled red onion, garlic confit pesto aioli.
Smoked Pastrami Flatbread – Barbecue sauce, Old fashion salami, pastrami, sweet chili, roasted mushrooms & arugula.
SALADS
Assorted Salads Plater – Mix homemade pickles, Hummus with Tehina, Babagnosh, Red coleslaw, Mexican Cabbage . Served with 2 pita .
Mediterranean Avocado Salad – Mix of greens, arugula, avocado, tomatoes, cucumbers, red pepper, red onion, carrot, chickpeas, corn. Lemon lime olive oil dressing
ENTREES & STEAKS
Oriental Style Baby Chicken Steak – Grilled baby chicken seasoned with the chef’s marinade.
Bukhari Koftas – Grilled kebab seasoned with a mixture of Bukharan spices, chopped onion and parsley.
Baby Chicken Steak w/ Herbs Marinated – Grilled baby chicken marinated with chef’s spices.

About Butcher Grill House

Since January of 2023, experienced kosher Chef Ben Davidov has been creating inspired, farm-to-table cuisine at Brooklyn’s Butcher Grill House in Crown Heights.
With a simple and straightforward menu highlighting fresh seasonal ingredients sourced from local farmers’ markets, Butcher Grill House focuses on getting the best flavors of the season out of each cut, from a 12oz Grilled Skirt Steak to a 24-day-aged, 30oz Prime Rib Cowboy.
Start with some Finger Licking Chicken Wings, Mexican Corn Ribs, or a unique favorite: the Garlic Guac Beef Bomb. Or share either of the scrumptious flatbreads, with your choice of pulled beef or smoked pastrami. Nothing goes better with an expertly grilled steak than a fresh salad, and the salads here show the same attention to seasonal quality. Can’t decide which salad to order?
