Fialkoff’s Pizza: Monticello

Started as an upstate summer pizzeria in Monticello, New York, over 50 years ago, the legendary Fialkoff’s Kosher Pizza has grown to over 5 locations, with even more coming soon. No longer just your parents’ nostalgic summer camp treat, Fialkoff’s has now expanded all the way down the East Coast and delights kosher diners throughout the year.

 

Their first location outside New York opened its doors in Surfside, Florida, in April of 2022. Just as at the original store, the menu here is classic and compact, featuring the brand’s signature list of pizzas, pastas, and sides. Recapture the summer camp ruach with a French Fry or Grandma pie, the better-than-homemade Mac N’ Cheese, some of the famous Garlic Knots, or a standout Cheese Pretzel.
