About Mother Falafel
The mother of all falafel joints, Mother Falafel, is situated directly off the 215 south exit, which makes this location a 5 minute drive from the airport, less than 10 minutes from most strip destinations, and 10 to 15 minutes from the local community. Mother Falafel is owned by Kobe and Osnat Gizela, and has the Vaad Hakashrus certification, is glatt kosher, and mashgiach temidi.
Mother Falafel is solid in everything they do, just as you’ve come to expect with your own mother. From baking all their breads, pita, laffa, and baguette in-house daily, to their incredible falafel and shawarma recipes, you will come to quickly realize that this is a well-oiled machine designed to provide delicious food, and lots of it, consistently and deliciously.
Mother Falafel offers delivery, dine-in, and carry out options. Some of their most notable dishes are the hummus falafel and the zaatar pita, but there’s nothing they do without the utmost amount of pride and consistency. When dining in, they have an option to add fries and a drink to any meal for only a few bucks more, which adds a lot of value to an already value-centered menu. They are also vegan-friendly, with options suitable to gluten-free diets as well.
And Mother Falafel isn’t about to let you leave hungry. They will sell you anything they offer in larger sizes. From 1.5-3 pound trays of shawarma, to trays of fries, to hummus and tehina by the pound, it’s all available in “family-size.” In addition to this, they offer a “Party Meal” that includes everything, and I mean EVERYTHING, you could possibly want for a party of 15: falafel, shawarma, kabob, salatim, sauces and fresh baked pita.
Mother Falafel has grown itself into a Vegas staple that has come to be regarded with the respect and admiration of anyone who has the pleasure of dining with them, and they’ve cared for the community, as a mother does. Their precision makes them precisely what Vegas needed, and through that, they’ve been rewarded with a well-deserved fan base.
