About Chop Chop

Chop Chop's Epic Asian Fusion Adventure.
Step into Chop Chop, nestled near Yeshiva University in Washington Heights, and prepare to be overwhelmed in the best way possible. Since 2019, this haven has been serving "the heights of Chinese and sushi," boasting an astonishing menu that's more like a culinary encyclopedia with almost 200 items!
Imagine this: a YU student could dine here every week for four years and never repeat an order. Craving classic Chinese? Dive into General Tso's Chicken or Mongolian Beef. Vegetarian? Savor Sesame Tofu or explore a myriad of veggie options. Sushi aficionado? Indulge in Spicy Tuna Rolls, Yellowtail Nigiri, and a warming Miso Soup.
Noodles beckon from every corner – Lo Mein, Chow Fun, Udon – alongside Eggrolls, Dumplings, and plump Bau Buns. Feeling adventurous? Try the pastrami Fried Rice – just one of six unique varieties! Want a taste of Americana? They even have Chicken Wings and French Fries!
But the true marvel is this: every single dish, from Chinese staples to sushi classics, is made fresh to order using only the finest, Lubavitcher hechshered ingredients. It's a testament to their dedication to quality and flavor.
Can't get to Washington Heights? No worries! Chop Chop brings the feast to you with catering and delivery "anywhere the truck will take them," stretching from Connecticut to Pennsylvania. But if you're in the neighborhood, there's no excuse. Don't walk, CHOP CHOP! Head over to Chop Chop Glatt Kosher Chinese and embark on a culinary adventure unlike any other. Open Sunday through Thursday from noon to 8 pm, and Friday from noon to 2 pm, they're ready to tantalize your taste buds with dishes as diverse and exciting as New York City itself.
