About The Cave Glatt Kosher Restaurant & Bar

A restaurant can be more than a place to eat. That was the philosophy of one Betzalel Lehrfeld when he opened The Cave in July of 2022 in Hollywood, Florida. He wanted to bring food AND entertainment to the kosher masses, so he opened a place that had various themed nights, live music, and a space fit to transform for private events.

The Cave is a few one Block from the Hard Rock Hotel, which is perfect for those who want to get their casino on. If you’re staying at the Hard Rock, they’ll deliver. It’s also next door to KC Market, so you can get your shopping done and then go eat. The parking lot is massive, and you can stick around for hours if you choose to; the Cave doesn’t close until 2:00 am.

The Cave is a cavern-like space lounge, with high ceilings and cave paintings on the walls. The lighting is a huge feature, with sconces on the walls and lights on the tables. It truly is a cave, but in a good way, mixing casual bar food with upscale cuisine. The Cave has something for everyone.

They have aged ribeye steak and chicken available with different sauces, spices, and salt for this unique hands-on experience. The Cave is known for their specialty burgers with shaved ribeye steak on top, schnitzel sandwiches, and wings. The chicken soup is so popular, people come and buy 6-7 soups at a time; that’s how good it is. Another highlight is the Mexican dishes. Burritos are a rarity in kosher cuisine, but The Cave has three varieties, not to mention their Mexican burger, tacos, fajitas, and Mexican appetizers and side dishes. Plus, they have sushi, and what is a kosher restaurant without sushi?

The true appeal of The Cave is the party-like atmosphere. There are events every night, from trivia night and singles night to wine tastings and murder mysteries. Live music is a constant staple, with special guests, and Betzalel himself sometimes picking up one of the multiple instruments he plays. People come for everything from Birthdays to Sheva Brachas to sporting events; they have a 150 inch projector, so you can watch the game while drinking a nice cold beer or signature cocktail. The bar is quite expansive. Ain’t no party like a Cave party, because a The Cave party don’t stop until 2:00 am at closing. Be there or live to regret it.
