About Carmela’s
Showcasing a unique take on classic American Italian dishes since November 2020, dairy restaurant Carmela’s (formerly Mozart Cafe), located at The Fountains of Boca Raton, is a beautiful spot to grab breakfast, lunch, or dinner.
Breakfast is served from 10:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. on Sunday and from 8:30 to 11:00 a.m. Monday through Friday, is a delight, featuring classics like French Toast, Avocado Toast, and Shakshuka, as well as more adventurous options like the brie and berry compote Grilled Cheese.
A nice selection of house-made, all-natural juices plus a full Barista Bar complete the most important meal of the day. The expansive lunch and dinner menu takes a more international turn and highlights flavors from both the farm and the sea.
Start with a bowl of Tomato Bisque, or try the faux “Crab” Cake with sriracha aioli and Asian slaw. The salads are no slouches, either, with ten of them to choose from; the Tex-Mex Salad with Beyond Burger and cilantro-lime vinaigrette is a favorite, as is the classic Caesar. For the main course, choose a pizzetta (the Pesto “Bacon” with béchamel and faux mushroom bacon is innovative), pasta (the Sweet Potato Gnocchi with sage brown butter and mushrooms is a Chef’s selection), or a burger (available in salmon, mushroom, and Beyond varieties), or enjoy one of the many fish dishes on offer, such as the classic Fish ’n Chips or the Baby Bella Salmon with creamy mushroom sauce, potato croquette, and pan-roasted broccoli.
As if all these weren’t choices enough, Carmela’s offers a full — and quite bold — sushi menu as well; the TNT with spicy tuna, avocado, crunch, and masago is not to be missed.
