About Orchids Garden
This place brings new meaning to the term OG. Orchids Gardens has been around since 1996. In 2021, Josh Isaacs bought and renovated the Chinese restaurant. The chefs and recipes are the same, but the atmosphere has been updated for an all-around more excellent experience.
The new OG is modern and spacious. They have new tables and floors. They got rid of the glass. The entryway has a small seating area. It’s the sort of place where you can comfortably sit and eat with the family. For those not interested in dining in Orchids Gardens offers delivery and takeout options.
Their menu is extensive, with an entire page devoted to beef and an entire page dedicated to poultry, to say nothing of the fish, veal, American, and vegetarian options. You can have your meat with three kinds of mushrooms, with curry, or cashew, or General Tso’s sauce.
Options include orange beef, which is lightly breaded beef steamed broccoli, and orange peel in a special orange sauce. Phoenix in a Bird’s nest contains white meat chicken, broccoli, napa, carrots, baby corn, snow peas, water chestnuts, and mushrooms in a special sauce. Roast half duck is on the menu, as is Chinese salmon, sautéed with broccoli, Chinese napa, snow peas, straw mushrooms, baby corn, carrot, and water chestnuts in a brown sauce. Classic Chinese food staples such as Lo Mein, Moo Shu, and Egg Foo Young are available, as well as extensive vegetarian options and more traditional American fare for kids who are picky eaters. This is a kid-friendly menu for a kid-friendly restaurant.
All dinners include soup, a choice of fried rice or white rice, a house dessert, and tea. Orchids Gardens does not add MSG. They take care to accommodate customers under restricted diets by omitting ingredients such as salt, sugar, etc., upon request. They’ve also added new specials to the menu to spice it up.
The Executive Chef at Orchid Gardens combined his knowledge of the art of flavor and food with the tradition of his ancestors to create his unique style of Chinese cuisine. Isaacs and his staff are eager to share their take on Chinese food with you, especially during twilight hours, i.e., 3:00-5:30 ppm, when they have their special discounted menu. They’d love for you to see what they’ve been cooking OG style.
